How to make a pipe cleaner spider
Supplies
- scissors
- pipe cleaner
- pony beads

Instructions
1. Cut the pipe cleaner.
Start with a pice of pipe cleaner and cut it in half twice. You’ll have 4 segments that are about the same size. Be careful crafting with little kids; the cut ends can be sharp.

2. Thread the bead.
Next, take one pony bead and thread each of the pipe cleaner segments through the center. They’ll be a bit snug and should hold in place.

3. Shape the spider.
Adjust the pipe cleaner segments so they’re even, then bend each leg so the spider can stand on them.

That’s it! This pipe cleaner spider is so quick to make, you can easily create a whole family of them. Now your spider is ready to tiptoe around the house. Be careful where you leave it — you just might startle someone!
